I am going to share some tips on making low fat, low carb meals.When eating meal that are not only low in fat but also low in carbs. many people may think, "What in the World is there left to eat?"The answer is whole foods are what you should eat. Nothing processed, nothing white, or refined, nothing with chemicals or hydrogenated oils or fats. Think of low carb and low fat as a way of eating before the inventions of fast foods, microwaves and fad diets. You can eat a large variety of fresh vegetables, fruits and lean meat and fish that are wonderful tasting foods, that will actually increase your ability to lose a taste for processed foods that are full of fat and sugar.Start your day with a whole grains, protein and a low sugar fruit. For example make an egg white omelet with vegetables cooked in olive oil, toast a piece of whole grain bread and top with a sugar free fruit spread. Or combine a fat free yogurt with some fresh berries and a few sliced almonds. All of these are high in protein, low in carbs, sugar and fat.For dinner broil a piece of fresh salmon, top with lemon juice, herbs and serve with a spinach and vinaigrette salad. If you are craving something sweet, have a bowl of fresh blackberries and strawberries for desert.Avoid meats that are high in fat, or cured and processed, vegetable oils, foods containing chemicals and corn syrups, Also do not eat foods that are white in color like white pastas, white rice, white breads and starchy white potatoes, and avoid most saturated fats from animals.If you try to eat whole foods everyday, before long eating this way will become a natural way of life, and you will begin to see vast improvements in your energy levels, your mood, many digestion problems will disappear, your skin tone and texture will improve and best of all you will start to lose fat and your blood sugar will stabilize.This is really the way humans were meant to eat, using whole foods with real nutrients and vitamins.
