We're talking today about what to bring to your very first Pilates class.And the first thing to bring is yourself with an open mind ready to learn a new movement experience to lighten your body and to get more body awareness. Most studios will have mats, if it's a group mat class they will have the equipment already ready for you. Any small props that would be used in the class are generally provided by the class.You can wear socks on your feet. Some studios require that; some don't.
