Rebecca Murray from About.com Hollywood Movies at the LA Premiere of The Hangover.
Justin Bartha - 'Doug' in The Hangover

Justin Bartha: "I love About.com."

Do you? Why do you love About.com?

Justin Bartha: "Because it's just what it's all about."

You don't get to get into the fun that much in this one. You're kind of missing.

Justin Bartha: "I don't, which is good for me because I'm a very lazy person."

So you are happy with that part? You didn't want to play one of the other three guys?

Justin Bartha: "I'm totally fine. I've never played a straight man in a movie before, and it was interesting for me to play a straight man. I'm also very lazy and I still got paid."

And you also got to hang out in Vegas?

Justin Bartha: "That after a month can get a little... I'm having a flashback right now."

So you didn't have a lot of fun, wild times that equalled what they did in the film?

Justin Bartha: "You know what? All the crazy stuff that happened in Vegas for The Hangover, it's in The Hangover. Yeah. It was a lot of hard work and it was a fairly ambitious film for what it is. It doesn't seem like... The film is a lot more than what it seems."

It has a lot of action.

Justin Bartha: "It does. So the film was a lot of work. None of us got too crazy."

But you guys did a lot of improv in this, right?

Justin Bartha: "Yeah."

That could get crazy.

Justin Bartha: "Absolutely. Definitely. All the characters had a lot of fun."

How easy was it to work with these guys? Did you guys form that tight bond right away because you're supposed to be best friends?

Justin Bartha: "Yeah. I mean for the most part. I'm not going to tell you who I don't like, but there's a couple of actors in the movie that I can't stand."

So you'll never be working with them again?

Justin Bartha: "No."

We'll just have to keep checking down the line and see which ones you don't work with.

Justin Bartha: "Absolutely."

And you've got a romantic comedy with Catherine Zeta-Jones coming up?

Justin Bartha: "Yeah. It's called The Rebound. It's a New York romantic comedy directed by Bart Freundlich. It's a great, great movie. It's a sweet New York story."

And you've also got Holy Rollers which looks incredible and something totally different for you.

Justin Bartha: "Yeah. It's an independent drama that I shot about Hasidic Jewish drug dealers starring myself and Jesse Eisenberg. It's a really great little movie. It turned out really nice. And I play a bad guy, a drug addict/drug dealer, Hasidic Jew."

You never done anything like that before, have you? Have you ever been a bad guy in a film?

Justin Bartha: "I did one that never came out. I did a film with Sidney Lumet once for HBO that never got released. I played a stalker so that was interesting."

Is it fun to channel that bad guy for once?

Justin Bartha: "Oh yeah."

Hangover 2, we keep hearing about it. Are they going to bring you back for that?

Justin Bartha: "I don't know. I think right now it's kind of all ideas. Everyone's so excited about this one, I think they're going to see what happens. And if people respond as well as we have - we love it so much - I'm sure they'll think about it."

Ed Helms said he wanted it to go into space for the next one. Do you have any ideas of where it would go?

Justin Bartha: "Space would be fun. I've never been there."

What could you do in space that would equal what you do in this movie?

Justin Bartha: "I just want to pee in space."

That's a nice ambition to have.

Justin Bartha: "It'd be really interesting. Really interesting."
