Armie Hammer and Josh Pence The Social Network Interviews
What did Josh Pence say about the relationship between the twins in this movie?
Armie Hammer: "It feels great. You know, it's really nice. We are all a young cast, we all love what we do, and we all put 100% effort forth and it's being rewarded. It feels really nice to be appreciated by our peers. It's like the Hollywood Film Festival, we're keeping it at home, which is really nice."
What does David Fincher bring to you as an actor? What does he give you?
Armie Hammer: "Oh, he's amazing. He gives you the safest environment where you feel like you can do anything because he's in control. It's really an amazing thing and it's just really nice to work with him and get a chance to do something like that."
You still haven't told us what project you're doing next.
Armie Hammer: "Oh, well, I've been in talks with Matthew Carnahan about a project called Serpent Girl, and it's something we've been discussing so I think that's going to be next."
Josh Pence: "Well we were prepping for several months, just working on that. Obviously with twins, there's so much that's unspoken - like in a marriage, you know, or in a long relationship. There's so many things... And these are the type of twins that do everything together. So there's a lot of just working on little tiny things, like who picks up the salt first, who picks up the pepper? Who goes for the toothpaste or the floss? Those kinds of things you have to have down to a T so that when you get on set, it's engrained in you."
