How to be true to yourself. In today's day and age, there are so many things going on and so many demands of your time and energy. And it can be very hard to really gauge and be completely true to yourself. The thing that I would recommend is to focus on what it is that you want to achieve, be it completing a project at work, or writing a play, or doing something that's important to you. So, focus on what it is that you want to do. Set yourself realistic achievable goals and just hone in on what it is that you want to do and keep reminding yourself of that. And then with that, set yourself some time aside and just really, really dedicate some time to yourself to be true to yourself. Remember what it is when you were a young child or young person, what made you feel happy and what made you feel inspired about your day to day life? What was it that really, really made you feel passionate? A lot of people say that when they were younger, they were encouraged to be really creative and do lots of amazing things. But when they got a little bit older, things just turned a little bit more serious and they were encouraged not to do what it was that they originally set out to do. You are your own person and you control your own identity and your own pathway. So, one of the things I would recommend is to focus on the goal that you want to do. Do not be distracted by other people's ambitions or goals for you and just hone in on what it is that you are as a person. So, the main things to think about here are not to be distracted by other people's means. Focus in on what it is that you want to achieve, by setting yourself realistic goals, committing to yourself, so taking some time out to actually do what's important to you and most importantly, just enjoying the process, because life is too short. .
