How to gain clarity of mind? The world that we live in today is such a busy place. It can be really hard to just hone in and switch off. So, one of the things that I would recommend to gain clarity of mind is to do some yoga or exercise, or even meditate. It may sound like quite a random thing to do, but meditation can literally just be closing your eyes for two minutes, or even a minute, and just focusing on one thing, one positive thing which helps you clear your mind. You can focus on something that makes you feel calm, something that makes you feel at ease, but I promise you, it will make you feel so much clearer. So when you do sit down and go about your daily life, if you do in body meditation or any form of yoga or exercise into your life, it will help you feel a lot calmer and more balanced, and enhance your clarity within your mind. So, clarity of mind enables you to do things in a more sort of focused and clearer way. So what you can do, one of the things that I like to do to remain clarity of mind, is to do something different that I wouldn't normally do. So, I would read a book that makes me feel a lot more positive or I would watch a film and I would also speak to people or friends that have different perspectives on things that I would normally do. It may sound quite bizarre, but doing things slightly differently and taking you out of your comfort zone, and bringing you back to where you were originally, can actually help you gain perspective and gain clarity of mind. But most importantly, I'd like to emphasis that meditation and yoga, although they may seem quite bizarre things for some people to do, they're a really brilliant way of actually enhancing your clarity and peace of mind and wellbeing at the same time. .
