There are many different ways to meditate and I am here today to talk to you about the different meditation techniques you can bring into your life in order feel healthier and happier. My form of meditation is also known as true intention because the whole idea or concept of this idea is to get as close as reality as possible. In other types of meditation, you are expected to focus on a single object in order to get your attention. Mindfulness meditation welcomes all experiences as all experiences lead to greater awareness of reality. The best form of practice for mindfulness is to focus on the breath, in meditation, we also refer to the breath as crannyarmour which is an old Indian word to describe the use of opening up or the expansion of breath within the body. Mindful meditation using the breath works with a number of techniques in order to relax the body, following the breath through the body so that it actually reduces tension at its deepest level. My recommendation if you want to bring mindfulness meditation into your life is to seek out a practitioner or a facilitator of this type of training. Spend either one or two hours or a whole day workshop so that you can master the technique, as you can pull this on whenever you need it.
