A peanut allergy shouldn't hold your child back from enjoying some of his favorite all-time sweets. My chocolate-dipped bananas have only four ingredients and they are super simple to make.To make these chocolate-dipped bananas, first you need:And you'll need some plastic to wrap the bananas in to put them in the freezer.So first you're going to peel each bananas and cut them in half crosswise. Next you're going to take a popsicle stick and insert it into each banana. Then you're going to wrap each in plastic wrap, or I'm just using a little plastic sandwich bag. You're going to place these in the freezer for about three hours. So you're going to chop up the chocolate. After you chop it up, you're going to melt it on top of a double boiler. The water under here is slightly simmering. And you're going to let this melt. Once the chocolate is all melted, you're going to move it and pour it into a tall glass.So once the bananas are frozen, you're going to dip it in the glass, then coat it thoroughly with the chocolate. Then you're going to dip it immediately in the chocolate, and I chose sprinkles for my kids. So there you have it, a great peanut-free recipe for your kids.
